The Taxes and Accounting newspaper is one of the most popular professional periodicals for accountants, financial directors, auditors and business people in Ukraine. The newspaper is published in Russian and Ukrainian languages and distributed throughout the country.

Design
The web page layout is made as newspaper page spread. The design is based on a the printed newspaper's style and a recognizable brand character is used. As a result, a regular reader of the newspaper feels himself confident and comfortable on the website.
Content
- Catalog of the issues. There is a full catalog of the newspaper issues since 2007 on the site (more than a hundred of issues every year). Contents of new issues appear on the web along with the printed edition.
- Document search for the documents published in the newspaper during past years (several thousands of publications). Advanced search using several parameters such as category and type of the document, author or official source, number of the document or number of the issue. The full texts of the most part of the documents are unavailable on the site. A user finds descriptive notes of the materials, where it is indicated in which issue of the newspaper it can be found. It helps the subscribers of the newspaper to find the necessary publication in their archive of the printed issues.
- Golden fund of publications. A section in which full texts of some articles are available for readers.
- News. In addition to publishing of the printed newspaper the editorial stuff promptly informs users about news and events in the taxation and accounting spheres on everyday basis. The news are published on the site and sent to subscribers daily.
- Extensive background information: hundreds of normative documents, statistic data, reporting forms which are used by accountants in their everyday job.
Functionality
Especially for the newspaper's website the Issues Catalog and Document Search modules are developed. They not only display the information on the website and allow to manage it from the back end, but also support synchronization of the data with the internal information systems in the editorial office.
The module Subscription to the Periodicals allows the visitors to subscribe to several dozens of periodic editions of the Factor publishing house. The range of periodicals, prices and subscription periods available depend on the selected subscription method, region of delivery, current date and other parameters. In some subscription methods users receive automatically generated filled-in invoices in ready-to-print form which can be used to pay for the subscription in the nearest bank branch.

The site works on the ScreenJet CMS. Set of standard modules is used:
- Multilingual. Two fully functional language versions of the site: Russian and Ukrainian.
- User registration. Registered users get access to the news subscription and website sections with limited access.
- News. Preparation of the news for publishing, automatic support of news feed and monthly news archives on the site.
- Subscription to the newsletters. Sending the newsletters to subscribers. Management of the subscribers list, support of unlimited number of newsletters. Registered users can manage the set of newsletters they are subscribed to.
- File storage. Interface for the files archive management. Links to the files are easily added to the pages of the site and included into newsletters.
- Polls.
- Internal ad management system.
- Site search. A full-text site search with support of Russian language morphology.
With the ScreenJet CMS all the information on the website is managed by the newspaper's editorial stuff.
